A touch of color in life
and moments that stay with you
At em.Tree, we believe that the environment and the quality of our interactions with children can shape their future.
Using a specialized approach grounded in neuroscience and psychology, combined with personalized dialogue and encouragement, we nurture children’s “ability to think,” “ability to communicate,” and “ability to persevere.”
This educational program unlocks children’s potential through play, art, physical activity, and communication exercises.
We prioritize interactions tailored to each child’s individual development and personality, fostering their sense of self-efficacy and confidence.
Coloring your life and Memorable moments
Welcome to em.Tree – a service designed to provide special experiences for inbound tourists through professional sitters.
We not only ensure the safety and security of each child in our care, but also prepare “Japanese cultural play experiences” to help them enjoy meaningful moments and gain valuable memories during their time in Japan.
Through this service, we offer opportunities to explore the unique charm of Japan by engaging in traditional Japanese games and cultural activities.

Nurturing the Skills Needed for the Future
Integrated Curriculum
We value the process of taking on challenges more than the end result.
We support students even when they fail, and prioritize interactions that build their confidence.
Programs
Starting with each child’s desire to “give it a try,”
we create an environment that fosters learning and physical and emotional growth
tailored to each child’s individual development and personality.
By valuing the trust we build with each child
and providing a supportive environment where we watch over them,
we emphasize the process of trying, thinking, and innovating,
thereby nurturing their ability to take on challenges
and their sense of self-efficacy.
These experiences will become a powerful asset for their future.
It’s not about the end result, but the process of taking on a challenge.
We view failure as a natural part of growth,
and we carefully support children every step of the way until they reach that moment of “I did it!”

I always find these sessions to be very fulfilling.
The lessons include activities like rolling marbles, catching feathers, stacking blocks, threading beads, and playing karuta. None of these feel like rigid “schoolwork”; instead, they’re designed to keep children fully engrossed in play. Through these activities, I feel that their concentration, creativity, and fine motor skills are naturally developing.
It was truly impressive to see their individual personalities emerge as they played.
What stood out most was how much my son genuinely looked forward to the teacher’s visits every time. He would even ask on his own, “Is the teacher coming today?” making lesson time feel truly special.
I also greatly appreciated being able to catch up on housework and errands during the lessons, which gave me both mental and physical breathing room.
Furthermore, being able to incorporate the games we learned in class into our home playtime has significantly expanded our repertoire of indoor activities—a major benefit.
Lately, my son has even started suggesting games himself, saying, “I want to play this,” and I can really see how much he’s grown.
Every time, the teacher carefully identifies my son’s strengths and puts them into words. This has taught me a lot as a parent, and it has not only boosted my son’s self-esteem but also made me feel more positive myself.
I feel that these lessons have been a wonderful break for both of us.
Also, the reports we receive after every session are truly wonderful. They provide such detailed records of the day’s activities that just reading them brings back vivid memories of the scene and my son’s expressions. Thanks to these thoughtful reflections, I’ve been able to clearly see his progress.
Both my son and I were completely satisfied with the lessons. We are truly grateful for the invaluable time you’ve provided—a time where learning happens naturally through fun play.

Ever since my child turned one, I’ve felt anxious about how to raise him, even though I knew there was no “right answer” to parenting.
That’s when I discovered Ms. Eri’s brain training program.
We started the lessons when he was 18 months old. At first, I wondered if it might be a little too early, but through the sessions, Ms. Eri carefully helped me understand my son’s strengths and unique traits, and I, as a parent, learned a great deal myself.
My son also began to enjoy the lessons not as “studying” but as “play,” and I feel he is naturally developing his abilities. He is now 3 years old and looks forward to every lesson!
In addition, I received specific guidance on how to speak to and interact with him on a daily basis, which led to significant changes in how we interact at home.
Realizing what my son excels at and being able to think about how to nurture those strengths has been a major growth experience for me as well.
By the time he was two and a half, I could see his growth reflected in the school’s evaluations, and I felt that all our hard work had truly paid off.
It’s not just about taking lessons; it’s about nurturing a child’s strengths and expanding their potential. I feel that em.Tree’s brain training is what makes that possible.
